YOGA

our body is telling a lot about ourselves, and if we quiet down the mind and learn how to listen, it holds most of the answers.

i often say that our mat is a beautiful reflection of our life, in the way we (re)act to situations.it might be discomfort, confinement, opening, unknown, uncertainty, fear, upside down,…therefor, asanas -yoga postures- give us the time and space to observe how our mind, our body and our emotions flow and interact with the outer and inner world.

yoga gives you the time and space to observe, sit with and deal with anything that is coming up inside and outside of your body.

it is a meeting with yourself
